Podiums and courtyards which have basement parking or commercial/office space beneath require a very versatile waterproofing system.

Beton’s CONIROOF system can meet these requirements. A fast, flexible (crack bridging) robust membrane that cures in 30 seconds. It does not require a root barrier and has B.B.A. approval for this use.

Beton’ s spray applied liquid waterproofing systems are monolithic so there are no weak points such as laps, welds or seams in the membrane. The membrane is also fully mechanically bonded to the deck so that, in the event of the membrane being damaged, water cannot track underneath the membrane. Because the system is quick curing, vertical applications don’t present a problem.
